Overcame site installation difficulties due to structure variation and wall finishing challenges using StiFlex solutions. Floor and ceiling constructed using precast post tension slabs where ceiling was not flat but corrugated. StiFlex vertical members with its connectors needed to be specially fabricated, providing standardised solutions to cater for the various corrugation at many wall locations; underneath flat surface or angled at different inclinations and different planes.
Walls with thin 5mm skim-coat plaster was reinforced using StiFlex thin-coat mesh TCM300 to help control cracks due to vulnerability from thin plaster, tall wall heights and probable vibrations from aircrafts taking off and landing.
