Comprises 4 main blocks of 7-storey and uniquely shaped buildings on a 76,846 square meter site. StiFlex system provided solutions to various design challenges. Tallest wall height was 15m. In many areas, StiFlex downhang, suspended lintels were used to support loads above wide span of windows. Door stiffeners were required particularly to support the heavier weight doors. For such areas, the vertical and horizontal stiffener members had to cater for on-site drilling of up to 25mm hole diameter and cutting off small segment of stiffeners at certain fixed locations in order for electrical cables and panels to be fitted within and onto the steel surface. Parameters were set to standardize cut size and location of cuts/drilling, supported by design calculations to ensure sufficient capacity of stiffeners and lintels after cut and drill. Stiffeners for external walls had to be designed for up to 1.4 times higher than standard wind pressure to support aluminium louvres on the facade.
