Government owned 35-storey building within central business district with space constraints, transport and logistics co-ordination was one of the constant challenges during construction. Walls were built with lightweight blocks and panels with variable thicknesses of 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. StiFlex system were used for all wall types, thicknesses, internal and external walls. As reinforcements to walls for fastening of heavy-weight door hinges, StiFlex were used as door stiffeners. Areas where wall stiffeners were not allowed to be fastened to some steel structures at the top, StiFlex tie-back systems were used, for walls up to 8.2m height. The standard wall design requires all wall junctions to be strengthened with vertical StiFlex stiffener.
